In order to perform our Gentle Cleaning service, each item is measured for size and shape, either hand cleaned or wet cleaned in a state-of-the-art computer-controlled cleaning machine and either line dried or dried in a computer controlled sensing dryer. It is not necessary for the customer to decide between the cleaning process. Each garment is individually evaluated for both compatibility of the service and the stain removal requirements before processing.
